Chase Meacham

Co-Founder

Chase Meacham is one of the Partners and Co-Founders of Legacy Staffing Associates. He is a South Florida native, born and raised in Fort Lauderdale. Chase attended the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology. Chase started his recruitment career in healthcare in 2012, working for a startup locum tenens company. He primarily focused on recruitment within the medical specialties of Neurosurgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery. As one of the first employees, Chase quickly emerged as an insightful leader and became the top biller of the company for several years.

Given Chase’s seven years within healthcare recruitment, the transition into legal recruitment was relatively seamless. Despite the global pandemic, he and co-founder, Kenny Schumacher, started their own recruitment firm in the summer of 2020. Together, they have been able to use their talents to match top-performing employers with rising professionals.

When Chase isn’t working, he can be found spending time with his family, fishing, or enjoying the Florida sunshine.
